If it’s an urgent requirement to see a doctor, the only way is to be ‘logged in’ online ready to hit the appointment button at exactly 8am. If you phone, unless you are very lucky to be the first to speak to a receptionist you will not generally get one that day. If you wait at the desk, same applies. Once you get over that hurdle, the service is well organised and efficient. The pressures they work under are clear to see.

Repeat prescriptions have moved to online only which would be perfect if it actually worked! My log in never works after going into the surgery on two occasions for help with no change. Given no alternative leaves me no option but to go all the way in to the doctors to write out a little form to then wait a week to go in again to pick up. This is impossible for working commuters when the surgery is only working hours. Either solve the system I have complained about multiple times or allow phone repeat prescriptions for the ones unable to get access to internet or simply log in.

My whole family was asked to move from my doctors in durrington going back 15+ years ago when they first started out and needed patients,so we did,an for years was happy to drive that bit further out of loyalty and support to our doctor. My younger sister is 19 now and has serious ocd n anxiety n I feel is a vulnerable adult and in the middle of behavioural therapy and help to deal with her struggles,lime tree have made a decision,knowing the impact of stress and worry it will have on my sister moving doctors,that she hasn’t to move as not in the catchment area. After however many years of loyalty and never getting an appointment,always a busy phone line and never getting through before 11am to make an app,once l the apps have gone,I am completely disgusted with how they haven’t listened or cared about my sister as an individual and have repeatedly sent formal letters all because of money,even tho it suited them to have a mother from durrington move doctors and transport all of her 6 children to Findon valley because it suited the partners when they didn’t have the patients. Should be ashamed

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. The staff are helpful and kind. Most recently I have had to ask for an emergency appointment for more child and they couldnt have done more to help. All the staff are willing to help and if they dont know they will try and find out - when they say they will ring you then they do.

A great Practice, good amount of Doctors and services available. All very friendly and efficient staff. The one (and only) thing that needs sorting out is the hideous telephone booking procedure....as you are frequently 'on hold' for ever and a day! Clearly this frustratingly outdated and inefficient system is not good enough for the heavy workload of the surgery and needs an urgent revamp.
